1. Here you go/are

- I should be holding the object ...

- The Waiter can also say "Here we go"... even though he's not part of "we" (the customers).

 

2. There you go/are

- I'm giving/handing over the object to you. I hold it away from me!

 

Ex)

Ooh! Here you go! Pizza!!

Could I have some pineapple slices on the side, please?
